Our Mat Pilates class is a total body workout that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and control.
Using just your body weight and a mat, this class will challenge you to engage your core and activate your muscles in a way that you may not have thought possible.
Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class is a great way to improve your posture, increase your endurance, and leave you feeling energized and empowered.

Barrela®
Developed by YooMi Kim, PhD, our Barrela® Class is a unique and challenging workout that combines elements of Pilates, dance, and strength training.
This class will help improve your posture, flexibility, and core strength by targeting deep muscles that are often neglected in traditional workouts. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises that incorporate both mat work and barre exercises to help you achieve a toned, balanced, and stronger body.
Whether you are new or a seasoned pro, our Barrela class is a great way to challenge yourself and take your fitness to the next level.

Private Sessions
Private Sessions
Incorporating traditional Pilates equipment--including a Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and more. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, based on a customized movement program. For optimal results, we recommend two sessions per week.
Great for all levels! Whether you're developing a movement practice for the first time, returning to it post-injury wanting to safely increase strength again, or a seasoned mover wanting become more mindful of dangerous misalignment that can cause long-term injury.
Private Sessions are offered as a 1-on-1 or Duet.
